Job summary

Sprout Solutions is seeking an AI/ML Engineer in Manila to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems powering our products. You will implement agentic workflows, orchestration pipelines, and model integrations using LangChain, LangGraph, and related toolkits across cross-functional teams.

Your role involves developing AI agents, API wrappers, and microservices to connect systems, fine-tuning models, and ensuring reliable, scalable AI components aligned with responsible AI principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/engineering or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in AI engineering or related production-grade roles.
• Hands-on with AI agents, workflows, and automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases, and external tools for automation.
• Fine-tune models and deploy them within reliable, scalable pipelines.
• Support AI-focused DevOps/MLOps and observability across deployments.
