Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an internal AI Consultant to work across the organization, helping teams understand day-to-day workflows and apply AI tools like Google Gemini, Claude and ChatGPT to improve quality and speed.

You will run practical training, develop real-world case studies, and guide departments on prompt design and workflow optimization to deliver measurable results across the company.

We’re Hiring: AI Adoption & Enablement Lead!

We are hiring an internal AI Consultant to work directly with people across all levels of our organization—from front-line BPO agents to senior operational leaders. Your main mission is simple: sit down with different teams, understand their day-to-day workflows, and show them practically how to use AI tools like Google Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT to make their work easier, faster, and higher quality. You will act as an in-house expert and guide—helping teams discover real-world AI use cases, running practical hands-on training sessions tailored to specific departments, and showcasing successful results across the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Dedicated AI Consulting: Partner directly with leaders and team members across all functions (Operations, QA, WFM, HR, Training, etc.) to uncover manual, repetitive tasks and map out high-impact AI use cases.
• Tailored, Role-Specific Training: Design and deliver hands-on training tailored to different workflows. Show employees step-by-step how to apply Google Gemini (and tools like Claude or ChatGPT) in ways that directly apply to their specific roles.
• Case Study Development: Document successful AI implementations into clear, real-world case studies to share best practices and wins across the entire organization.
• Practical Prompt & Workflow Support: Sit down with team members to test, build, and refine prompts and workflows in Gemini and Claude until they get consistent, reliable results.
• Peer-to-Peer Engagement: Build strong, approachable working relationships across all levels of the company, acting as a go-to sounding board for anyone looking to experiment with AI.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on AI Platform Knowledge: Strong practical experience using Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude (familiarity with ChatGPT or other tools is a plus). You know how different models behave, how to write great prompts, and how to get useful outputs.
• BPO & Support Operations Experience: Understanding of how BPO operations work, including the different teams that keep the business running (Operations, Quality Assurance, Workforce Management, Client Success).
• Great People & Communication Skills: You are open, patient, and comfortable sitting down with anyone—whether it’s a frontline agent or a department director—listening to their challenges and explaining tech concepts in plain, down-to-earth language.
• Training & Coaching Abilities: Comfortable facilitating group workshops or doing 1-on-1 walkthroughs to build practical skills and confidence in using AI.
• Problem-Solving & Curiosity: Proactive approach to spotting operational friction and figuring out how an AI tool can solve it in a realistic, everyday way.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating internal case studies, guides, or training materials.
• Background in BPO operations, team leadership, training, or process improvement.
• Experience with basic workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate) is a bonus.
