Job summary

Trans World Trading Company, Incorporated is seeking a field-based promoter to support ground promo activities in North Negros. You will collect market data, plan and execute product demonstrations, and report weekly progress to the sales team.

Responsibilities include group presentations, one-on-one brand talks with farmers and dealers, and ensuring timely submission of required reports. On-site work and travel are essential; own motorcycle is preferred.

Qualifications

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collect, organize and submit basic market info data in your area of assignment.

2. Submit inputs / ideas/ concepts needed in conceptualizing ground promo programs for yourarea of assignment.

3. Implement agreed upon ground promotional tactics:a. Group presentation activities such as: Customer Focused Farmers Meetings,Product/Brand Launchings, Cooperative meetings, Government NGO techniciansmeetings.b. Conduct one-on-one brand presentation activities such as farmers, dealers, BLO andfinancier calls.c. Conduct product/service demonstration activities.d. Achieve the planned ground promo activities and move-out objectives per product foryour area based on specified quantities, qualities and timetable.

4. Submit the required reports (weekly I.T. work plan and accomplishment; weekly BLO,Financier, Sales move-out and monthly work plan and accomplishment) on time.
