Job summary

Business Trends Philippines is seeking a Field Promoter to support agricultural product promotion, farmer engagement, and field marketing activities in the Bukidnon region. The role entails regular field visits, product demonstrations, grower activities, and coordination with agricultural retailers.

Ideal candidates have proven Field Promoter or extension experience, with sales/marketing know-how in agriculture, and a valid driver's license plus ownership of a motorcycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field promotion, extension work, or similar roles in farming/agri services.
• Experience in sales and marketing within agriculture preferred.
• Background in agriculture, crop inputs, seeds, crop protection, or related products is a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular farm visits and engage with farmers and growers in Lantapan and nearby areas.
• Assist in field trials, product demonstrations, grower meetings, and farmer training sessions.
• Support field promotional activities, store branding, and product visibility with local retailers.
• Gather and report crop conditions, product results, competitor activities, pricing, and local market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers, growers, retailers, and other agricultural stakeholders.
• Provide regular field activity and market reports to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular farm visits and engage with farmers and growers within Lantapan and nearby areas.

• Assist in field trials, product demonstrations, grower meetings, and farmer training sessions.

• Support field promotional activities, store branding, and product visibility with local agricultural retailers.

• Gather and report crop conditions, product results, competitor activities, pricing, and local market trends.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with farmers, growers, retailers, and other agricultural stakeholders.

• Provide regular field activity and market reports to support sales and marketing initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Field Promoter, Agricultural Extension Officer, or similar role in farming or agricultural services

• With experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the agricultural industry.

• With background or experience in agriculture, farm inputs, seeds, crop protection, or related products.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.

• With a valid driver's license.

• Must own a motorcycle.

• Willing to conduct extensive fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.

• Preferably residing in or near Lantapan, Bukidnon.
