Zusammenfassung

TESDA invites applicants for a position at QUEZON NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL (QNAS). The hiree will maintain the enterprise in good condition, support the annual work plan, and assist in organizing farmer trainings with lectures and demonstrations on farm business.

They will help farmers access loans, bulletins, leaflets, and other agency resources, and perform other duties as directed by the superior/head office. Eligibility includes Career Service (Subprofessional) First Level.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Completion of 2 years of college (prior to 2018) or Grade 12/Senior High School (starting 2016)
• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
• Training: 4 hours of relevant training; Eligibility: Career Service (Subprofessional) First Level Eligibility

Aufgaben

• Keep and maintain the enterprise in good condition both in physical and technical aspects assigned by the immediate superior/head office
• Assist the BOA, Farm Management/IGE Manager in the development and implementation of the annual work plan for the student’s instructional enterprise and school activities
• Assist in organizing farmers classes and provide technical assistance through lectures, demonstrations on farm business
• Assist farmers in securing assistance from other agencies (loans, bulletins, leaflets, articles, researches, etc.)
• Perform other duties as directed by superior/head office

SALARY: SG-8 22,423.00PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• ? (30%) Keep and maintain the enterprise in good condition both in physical and technical aspects assigned by the immediate superior/head office;
• ? (30%) Assist the BOA, Farm Management/IGE Manager in the development and implementation of the annual work plan for the student’s instructional enterprise and school activities;
• ? (15%) Assist in organizing farmers classes gives technical assistance through lectures, demonstrations on farm business;
• ? (15%) Assist farmers in securing assistance from the other agencies as follows: loans, bulletins, leaflets, articles, researches etc.; and
• ? (10%) Perform other duties as directed by superior/head office.
