Job summary

CL Follosco Group Inc. seeks a dynamic Sales Engineer to promote and sell agricultural machinery, equipment, and engineering solutions. A BSABE graduate with strong technical knowledge will excel in building lasting relationships with farmers and dealers.

You will present products, prepare quotations, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction, while pursuing sales targets. Fresh graduates are welcome; PRC license preferred.

Qualifications

• BSABE graduate; fresh graduates welcome.
• PRC license is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery or irrigation systems is an advantage.
• Possesses a valid driver's license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell agricultural equipment, machinery, and engineering solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, farmers, contractors, and other clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical recommendations.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their operational requirements.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Achieve sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
