Job summary

MC GROUP in Pasay is seeking a Sales Engineer (fresh graduate) to promote agricultural machinery and related products. This on-site full-time role focuses on building customer relationships and delivering technical sales support.

Responsibilities include product demonstrations, field visits, preparing quotations, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction. Travel to Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agriculture, or related field.
• Experience in sales of agricultural machinery, equipment, fertilizers, agricultural chemicals, or related products is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in agricultural sales are welcome to apply.
• Strong technical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, customer visits, product demonstrations, and market development activities.
• Willing to travel within Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell agricultural machinery, equipment, fertilizers, agricultural chemicals, and related products.
• Identify and develop new customers, dealers, and business opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, field visits, and customer consultations.
• Provide technical assistance and recommend appropriate products and equipment based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other required sales documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, agricultural industry developments, and customer needs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with the technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure proper product availability, delivery, and customer support.
• Provide after-sales support and assist customers with product-related concerns when necessary.
