Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, Science and Technology, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in agricultural sales, technical support, field extension, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of vegetable and/or rice production, agricultural inputs, and modern farming practices.
• Proven skills in sales planning, territory management, negotiation, customer relationship management, and business development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, dealers, and other trade partners, with a focus on building long-term business partnerships and customer loyalty.
• Achieve sales and collection targets by timely booking of sales, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and credit guidelines.
• Drive market penetration and business growth by identifying new market opportunities, increasing customer adoption, and strengthening the company's presence within assigned territories.
• Provide technical support and after sales service by conducting product presentations, field visits, training, and consultations to help customers maximize the performance of the company's hybrid seed products.
• Plan, implement, and monitor field demonstrations, trials, and promotional activities to showcase product performance and increase product and brand visibility among target customers and stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, pricing trends, and crop performance data, and provide timely recommendations to management.
• Represent the company in industry events, farmer meetings, trade shows, seminars, and other agricultural activities as a trusted resource person with both technical and commercial expertise.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain and Finance, to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and customer support initiatives.
