NCS is seeking a Mid-Level Software Development Project Manager in Taguig to coordinate software development projects from planning through delivery. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery by collaborating with developers, QA, and analysts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of IT project management experience, strong SDLC understanding, and excellent communication to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of IT or software development project management experience.
• Hands-on with Agile/Scrum and SDLC concepts.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate software development projects from planning through delivery.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint events.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, BAs, and stakeholders to align goals.
• Track progress, timelines, and milestones; manage backlogs.
• Prepare status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile practices.
• Support continuous improvement in team collaboration and delivery.
