Job summary

Accenture in Manila is seeking a Scrum Master to enable Agile practices and guide software development teams toward delivering high-quality results. You will coach teams through Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement while collaborating with stakeholders and other teams.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities Cloud and strong Agile leadership to drive delivery across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ability to use metrics and reporting tools to track team progress and performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven capability to identify and resolve obstacles that hinder team productivity.

Responsibilities

• Act as an enabler for effective functioning of software development teams using Agile methodologies.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Support continuous improvement and Agile best practices within teams.
