Job summary

Wipro in Manila is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate a Scrum team, remove impediments and protect the team from external interference while ensuring the Scrum process is followed.

You will lead planning ceremonies, help the PO manage the backlog, and drive continuous improvement across teams. 8–10 years of Agile Scrum experience is required; join a modern digital transformation partner.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Agile Scrum Methodology.
• 8–10 years of experience in Scrum roles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Standup, Grooming, Demo, Retrospection).
• Remove impediments to help the team meet sprint goals.
• Protect the team from external interference and distractions.
• Coach the team in Agile practices and help the PO refine the backlog.
• Maintain and update Scrum artifacts and metrics.
• Collaborate with multiple teams in Scrum of Scrums.
• Ensure DOR, DOD, and acceptance criteria are defined and adhered to.
• Guide MoSCoW prioritization at the sprint level.
• Support engineering practices like TDD, CI/CD, Refactoring.
• Provide feedback to the line manager and Agile Program Leader.
