Job summary

VISEO Asia is seeking an SFCC Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects from requirements through implementation and support.

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, manage end-to-end SFCC project delivery, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and coordinate with UX, QA, and client stakeholders.

Required: 5+ years in BA/PM or eCommerce, 3+ years SFCC, strong SFRA/OCAPI knowledge, Jira/Azure DevOps, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Project Management, or eCommerce delivery.
• 3+ years hands-on SFCC experience.
• Strong knowledge of SFRA, OCAPI/SCAPI, APIs and eCommerce integrations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of eCommerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Manage end-to-end SFCC project delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and resources.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and oversee backlog management.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, QA, UX, and client stakeholders.
• Support SFCC solution design, integrations, releases, and UAT activities.
• Provide project status updates and manage stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or eCommerce delivery.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Strong knowledge of SFRA, OCAPI/SCAPI, APIs, and eCommerce integrations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud Certification.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile Certification.
• Experience with Headless Commerce, PWA Kit, OMS, CRM, PIM, or CMS integrations.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Retail, Fashion, Consumer Goods, Electronics, or D2C eCommerce environments.
