Job summary
OpsWerks in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to steer end-to-end software projects in a Scrum environment. You will drive cross-functional execution, manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies, and facilitate key ceremonies.
You will own the product backlog, translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and continuously improve delivery practices.
Qualifications
- 4+ years managing Agile software delivery projects.
- Hands-on Scrum/Agile experience with backlog grooming, sprint planning, release management.
- Proven backlog ownership and requirements prioritization.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects in Scrum/Agile environment.
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams managing scope, timeline, risks, dependencies.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Own and manage the product backlog with prioritization.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Balance delivery commitments with business value through prioritization.
- Provide delivery status, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and tools.
- Bridge between business and delivery teams ensuring alignment.
- Lead stakeholder touchpoints to review progress and priorities.
- Manage vendor coordination and delivery when applicable.
