Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Technical Project Manager in a hybrid setup (Quezon City). You will gather client requirements, document user stories, define acceptance criteria, and cascade tasks to internal teams for timely delivery.

You will coordinate with the Scrum Master and client for data/content and UI/UX approvals, delivering regular progress updates and maintaining documentation in the knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business Admin/Marketing.
• 3–5+ years managing product roadmaps and leading technical teams.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and SDLC knowledge.
• Backlog management: defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Gathers client requirements and translates into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and allocate resources.
• Leads project kickoff and ensures timely delivery with the Scrum Master.
