Job summary

Jebsen & Jessen Group in the Philippines seeks a sales engineering professional to drive aftersales growth across maintenance contracts, spare parts, repairs, upgrades, and lifecycle solutions. You will identify opportunities, develop technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in engineering discipline as stated.
• 3–5 years in sales engineering or related industrial equipment sales.
• Proven track record in selling after-sales services and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by identifying and closing opportunities for service contracts, maintenance, spare parts, repairs, upgrades, retrofits, and other lifecycle solutions.
• Promote brand-agnostic service capabilities to expand aftermarket business across multi-brand fleets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate recurring service revenue and long-term partnerships.
• Manage the aftersales sales cycle: prospecting, quotations, tenders, negotiations, orders, and follow-up to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Service and Operations teams to deliver value-added solutions improving reliability and asset lifecycle value.
• Monitor orders, invoicing, collections, and customer satisfaction to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and sales records in CRM.
