Autohub Group of Companies in Taguig is seeking a Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales, build strong customer relationships, and achieve monthly targets. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and product presentation to negotiation, closing, delivery, and post-sales follow-up.

You will document activities, maintain a customer database, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, compliant sales process and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4-year course in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Valid driver's license for four-wheel vehicles.
• Strong communication, customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Generate and develop sales prospects through various prospecting techniques.
• Study potential markets and formulate strategies to achieve monthly targets.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Demonstrate vehicles, coordinate test drives, and handle demonstrations.
• Handle objections and negotiate to close sales.
• Coordinate pre-delivery inspection and vehicle handover.
• Provide post-sales follow-up and maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain an accurate prospect database and records.
• Prepare sales performance reports and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
