Job summary

Main Source Manufacturing and Trading Corp. in Manila is seeking an on-site Customer Relations/Account Specialist with 1–3 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with GEM customers, conduct regular check-ins, and coordinate with internal teams to support customer growth. The role requires proactive, organized handling of inquiries, reports on engagement, and collaboration to address issues.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related course (Preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer relations, account management, sales support, or customer service is an advantage.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google workspace.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular field visits to customers.
• Can drive 4 wheels (with valid driver's license).
• Passionate about helping customers succeed and building meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and Maintain strong relationships with assigned GEM Customers.
• Conduct regular check-ins through calls, messages and customer visits.
• Conduct regular business reviews and planning sessions with GEM customers to understand their goals, identify opportunities, and support their growth.
• Monitor customer activity and proactively re-engage inactive or at-risk accounts.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for increased sales and repeat orders.
• Execute customer appreciation and loyalty initiatives that strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Prepare simple reports on customer engagement, business opportunities, and account health.
