Job summary

Marsh Risk is seeking an Affinity Leader based in Mexico City, a hybrid role requiring three days in the office weekly. You will drive growth, profitability and client satisfaction across a portfolio of complex priority accounts.

You will lead the Affinity team, align client strategies with Marsh capabilities, and expand Marsh products and services into major accounts. You will report to the Mexico Marsh President and influence local, regional and global strategies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial leadership experience, ideally with client-facing responsibility.
• Proven track record driving revenue growth and managing high-value accounts.
• Strong ability to align client needs with company capabilities and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Affinity team to execute strategy and deliver results.
• Develop account expansion strategies and allocate resources to growth opportunities.
• Oversee marketing execution to position Marsh offerings effectively.
• Ensure pricing strategies maximize yield while meeting client expectations.
• Retain and grow personal and team accounts; manage escalations when needed.
• Guide talent acquisition and performance reviews for the team.
• Engage in industry events to expand a broad professional network.
• Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to align strategy.
