Arsysmedia Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our affiliate channel across the Philippines. You will build and manage a network of local affiliate sellers, content creators, and live-sellers, negotiating deals and driving revenue growth.

You will partner with Marketing and Supply Chain to provide campaigns, inventory, and codes; design win-win commission structures; and stay ahead of fashion and affiliate marketing trends in the Philippine market.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of experience in business development, affiliate management, partnership sales, or influencer relations in e-commerce, retail, or fashion in the Philippines.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Solid understanding of affiliate ecosystem dynamics on local platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate Program, Lazada Affiliate Network, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino/Tagalog, with a knack for building trust and rapport with creators and sellers.
• Track record of pitching deals, negotiating commission structures, and closing partnership agreements.
• Able to analyze sales reports, commission performance, and e-commerce metrics to make informed decisions.
• Resilient, fast-paced, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in an evolving startup environment.

Aufgaben

• Onboard and manage affiliate sellers, micro-influencers, fashion creators, and live-streamers in the Philippines.
• Be the main contact for affiliate partners; share samples, campaigns, rates, resolve queries, and keep them motivated.
• Monitor GMV, sales, costs, ROI, and conversion across affiliate accounts; conduct reviews to scale top performers.
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with local retail platforms, gifting clients, events, and co-brand campaigns.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Supply Chain to give affiliates access to inventory, codes, and collateral for festivals.
• Design competitive commission tiers, incentives, and bonuses for different affiliate tiers.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, affiliate marketing best practices, and competitor programs in the Philippines.
