This full-time role involves dermatology care and aesthetic procedures, delivering cutting-edge skincare solutions while upholding medical standards. You will diagnose skin conditions, create treatment plans, perform injections, laser treatments, peels, and collaborate with the team to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization or certification in Dermatology or Aesthetic Medicine.
• Valid professional medical license to practice in the Philippines.
• Proven experience in dermatological diagnosis and treatment of various skin conditions.
• Hands‑on experience with aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other cosmetic modalities.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetics principles, and patient safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients and address their concerns effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Professional demeanor with a patient‑centered approach to healthcare delivery.
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with the healthcare team
• Preferred: Additional training or certifications in advanced aesthetic techniques and procedures.
• Preferred: Experience in a private aesthetic practice or specialized dermatology clinic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dermatological assessments and diagnose skin conditions using appropriate clinical examination techniques.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans for patients seeking aesthetic and dermatological care.
• Perform aesthetic procedures including injectables, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other minimally invasive cosmetic treatments.
• Provide consultations to patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and potential risks and complications.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with medical and legal requirements.
• Stay current with advancements in dermatology and aesthetic medicine through continuous professional development.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
