Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Special Process Project Lead to oversee engineering and leadership tasks for a new wet chemical anodizing line at a Philippines aerospace facility. You will collaborate with local and global EHS, Operations, Quality, and suppliers to ensure compliance with company specs, aerospace standards, NADCAP, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical/Manufacturing Engineering, Chemistry) or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of anodizing/surface finishing or related aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-functional engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace anodizing processes and NADCAP requirements.
• Solid understanding of local Philippine safety regulations and global EHS standards.
• Experience supporting new product introduction, start-up, qualification, and production readiness.
• Demonstrated leadership to drive projects and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the anodizing project workstream at the Philippines facility, monitoring execution and reporting progress.
• Perform analyses, process evaluations, and problem solving for the anodizing line implementation and qualification.
• Create and control engineering documentation including SOPs, specs, and qualification protocols.
• Develop training materials and provide guidance to engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams aligning with specifications and NADCAP requirements.
• Deliver long-term support for anodizing across sites including troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Propose process improvements and equipment solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers, EHS, Quality, and Operations for installation, qualification, and validation.
• Support NADCAP accreditation activities and customer audits.
