Job summary

Moog Inc. seeks a Special Process Project Lead to drive the anodizing line development at the Philippines manufacturing site. You will coordinate with local and global stakeholders to ensure process, quality, capacity, and performance requirements are met, while adhering to aerospace standards and NADCAP requirements.

The role emphasizes engineering leadership, documentation control, and collaboration with EHS, Quality, and Operations to deliver a safe and production-ready line.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering projects in aerospace manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of anodizing chemistries (Chromic, Sulfuric, Tartaric-Sulfuric).
• Familiarity with NADCAP and EHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the anodizing project workstream for the Philippines facility, coordinating with local/global teams.
• Perform technical analyses, process evaluations, and equipment assessments for line implementation.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation (SOPs, specs, qualification protocols).
• Develop training materials and provide guidance to engineering, operations, quality, and maintenance teams.
