Job summary

Qualfon is seeking an Advisor II, Communications in Cebu to craft and manage messages, collaterals, and videos for internal and external audiences across digital platforms, aligning with the Qualfon Mission and Brand.

The role covers content creation, social media, branding, internal communications, audience research, and strategy development to support campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation Developing and producing a variety of communication materials for mission programs as well as for special projects ie. Summit, townhalls, new hire, Rochat (graphics, animation, video editing)
• Creative, technical support for Summit production needs as well as streaming back-end support and content creation.
• Social Media Management Creating and managing social media content, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media performance.
• Brand Management With our Marketing Department, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication channels. This may include developing and maintaining brand guidelines and style guides.
• Internal Communications Developing and implementing communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged. This may involve creating internal newsletters, intranet content, and employee communication campaigns.
• Audience Research and Analysis Monitoring media coverage, analyzing audience engagement, and conducting research to inform communication strategies.
• Strategy Development Collaborating with management to develop and implement communication strategies that align with business objectives.
• Monitoring and Evaluation Tracking the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjusting as needed.

Responsible for crafting, managing messages, collaterals, videos both internally and externally, including the digital space, executing all media content across various platforms to achieve specific communication goals and promote Qualfon’s Mission and the Qualfon Brand. This may include strategic content creation, writing and editing various types of content in support of the Mission Program, Qualfon Application, Summit production and managing social media, and ensuring consistent branding across all communication channels.
