Job summary

Qualfon Philippines seeks an Advisor II, Communications to craft and manage messages across internal and external channels, including the digital space, ensuring brand consistency for Qualfon’s Mission and Brand.

You will develop content for mission programs, support Summit production, and manage social media while collaborating with the Marketing Department to align communications with business objectives and measure impact.

OVERVIEW

Advisor II, Communications

Responsible for crafting, managing messages, collaterals, videos both internally and externally, including the digital space, executing all media content across various platforms to achieve specific communication goals and promoteQualfon’sMission and theQualfonBrand.

This may include strategic content creation, writing and editingvarious typesof contentin support of the Mission Program,QualfonApplication,Summitproduction andmanaging social media, and ensuring consistent branding across all communication channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities among others:

• Content Creation: Developing and producing a variety of communication materialsfor mission programs as well as forspecial projectsie. Summit, townhalls, new hire, Rochat(graphics, animation, video editing)
• Creative, technical support for Summitproductionneedsas well asstreamingback-end supportand content creation.
• Social Media Management: Creating and managing social media content, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media performance.
• Brand Management: With our Marketing Department, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication channels. This may include developing andmaintainingbrand guidelines and style guides.
• Internal Communications: Developing and implementing communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged. This may involve creating internal newsletters, intranet content, and employee communication campaigns.
• Audience Research and Analysis: Monitoring media coverage, analyzing audience engagement, and conducting research to inform communication strategies.
• Strategy Development: Collaborating with management to develop and implement communication strategies that align with businessobjectives.
• Monitoringand Evaluation: Tracking the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjusting as needed.
