Job summary

Qualfon Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Advisor II, Communications (Mission Team) to develop and produce communication materials for mission programs, support Summit production, manage social channels, and ensure brand consistency.

You will collaborate with Marketing to craft internal communications and campaigns that engage employees and audiences. You will monitor audience engagement, analyze data, and help shape strategies that align with business goals while supporting multi-project delivery

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably Mass or Marketing Communication or Graphic Design
• Creativity: developing engaging content and campaigns
• Communication skills: clearly communicating marketing strategies, insights, and results to stakeholders
• Technical skills: proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Suite - graphic design and video editing, Canva)
• Project management: handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, staying organized
• Problem-solving: addressing challenges in digital marketing campaigns
• Ability to work independently and in a team with multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: developing and producing communication materials for mission programs and special projects (graphics, animation, video editing)
• Creative, technical support for Summit production needs, streaming back-end support and content creation
• Social Media Management: creating and managing social media content, engaging followers, analyzing performance
• Brand Management: ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels with Marketing
• Internal Communications: developing plans, newsletters, intranet content, and employee campaigns
• Audience Research and Analysis: monitoring media coverage and inform strategies
• Strategy Development: collaborating to implement communication strategies aligned with business objectives
• Monitoring and Evaluation: tracking campaign effectiveness and adjusting as needed

Key Responsibilities among others:

• Content Creation: Developing and producing a variety of communication materials for mission programs as well as for special projects ie. Summit, townhalls, new hire, Rochat (graphics, animation, video editing)
• Creative, technical support for Summit production needs as well as streaming back-end support and content creation.
• Social Media Management: Creating and managing social media content, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media performance.
• Brand Management: With our Marketing Department, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication channels. This may include developing and maintaining brand guidelines and style guides.
• Internal Communications: Developing and implementing communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged. This may involve creating internal newsletters, intranet content, and employee communication campaigns.
• Audience Research and Analysis: Monitoring media coverage, analyzing audience engagement and conducting research to inform communication strategies.
• Strategy Development: Collaborating with management to develop and implement communication strategies that align with business objectives.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Tracking the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjusting as needed
