Job Summary

The Corporate Communications specialist supports the implementation of communication strategies that strengthen the organization’s brand, employee engagement, and stakeholder relationships. This role is responsible for developing content, coordinating communication initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company’s messaging and branding standards.

Content Development & Messaging

• Draft, edit, and proofread communication materials such as:
• Press releases and media materials
• Social media content
• Email communications
• Company write-ups
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand guidelines across all platforms
• Assist in storytelling initiatives that highlight company milestones, campaigns, and employee engagement

External Communications & Branding

• Assist in executing external communication and branding strategies
• Support media relations efforts, including building media lists and tracking coverage
• Coordinate with external partners (agencies, vendors, media organizations) as needed
• Help maintain brand consistency across marketing and communication materials

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with communication and branding strategies
• Monitor social media activity, comments, and messages; escalates or respond as appropriate
• Stay updated on social media trends and propose creative content ideas
• Ensure all social media content aligns with company brand voice and guidelines

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track and report communication metrics (e.g., email engagement, social media performance)
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations to measure communication effectiveness
• Conduct basic research on industry trends and best practices in corporate communications

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
