Sun Life is seeking a Data Analytics professional for Distribution Support to provide quality performance data, dashboards and insights that drive risk detection and decision-making. You will collect and validate agency quality data, develop scorecards and monitoring reports, and partner with teams to turn data into actionable improvements.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate, timely quality performance data for risk detection and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and monitoring reports.
• Analyze trends, risks, and gaps to support data-driven decisions.
• Support ad hoc analysis and management reporting.
• Support continuous improvement across agency operations.
• Conduct initial assessments of agency movements (FM Appointment, Transfers, and code switching).
