Job summary

MicroSourcing in Cagayan De Oro (SM Downtown) is seeking an Advertising Operations Coordinator to provide proof of advertisement appearance for booked ads. This onsite, day-shift role requires you to locate tearsheets, run booking reports, and save tear sheets to Dropbox.

Candidates should have administration experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional (PDF), excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Your Role

As an Advertising Operations Coordinator, you will provide essential support by supplying proof of advertisement appearance for booked ads. You will:

• Locate and view tearsheets sent by newspapers to verify proof of advertisement appearance.
• Run booking reports and cross-reference them with received member paper emails.
• Save and name tearsheets correctly into the designated Dropbox folders.
• Manage the end-to-end process of naming and saving proof of appearance to the appropriate file folders.
