Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a Digital Advertising Associate to support execution and ad operations for client campaigns across programmatic channels.

You will work in a hybrid setup, coordinating with global teams, ensuring proper tagging, tracking, QA, and timely deployment; you’ll also help with reporting, documentation, and campaign billing reconciliation. The role is execution-focused and requires strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Media Operations.
• Familiarity with programmatic platforms and ad servers (e.g., DV360 or similar).
• Experience trafficking IAB display and video units.
• Strong QA and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and time-zone coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support trafficking and deployment of digital media campaigns across programmatic platforms.
• Assist with campaign deployment across publisher environments, ensuring tagging, tracking, and readiness before launch.
• Ensure accurate timestamp tracking, tagging, and QA validation.
• Monitor campaigns in-flight and flag delivery, pacing, or technical issues.
• Support campaign swaps, environment rotations, and deployment updates.
• Partner with Account Managers to execute managed-service media plans.

What You'll Do

Campaign Execution & Ad Operations

• Support trafficking and deployment of digital media campaigns across programmatic platforms
• Assist with campaign deployment across publisher environments, ensuring accurate tagging, tracking, and performance readiness prior to launch.

• Maintain documentation across order forms, deployment sheets, and tracking matrices
• Align reporting inputs with performance and timestamp data

• Help standardize execution workflows to support higher-frequency campaign deployment
• Maintain accuracy across global time zones (U.S. & EMEA coverage)
• Support internal documentation and operational playbooks
  
  

This role is primarily execution-focused and supports client-facing teams in a back-office capacity.
