Job summary

MultiplyMii is seeking a results-driven Advertising Coordinator to manage paid advertising across Home Depot, Lowe's, Meta, and Google from a Philippines-based remote setup. The role focuses on data integrity, reporting, and campaign execution rather than strategy development.

You will generate performance reports, perform keyword analyses, and ensure campaigns stay live with accurate assets and listings while collaborating with the marketing team during onboarding and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting at least one paid advertising platform (Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar).
• Ability to pull, compile, and check campaign reports with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking.
• Exposure to eCommerce, retail, or marketplace advertising.
• Familiarity with keyword analysis, bid/budget checks, and basic campaign monitoring.
• Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and understanding of listing policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Reporting: Pull, compile, and organize campaign performance reports across multiple platforms.
• Keyword & Optimization Support: Conduct basic keyword analysis and support bid, budget, and optimization tasks.
• Campaign Maintenance: Update campaign details, ensure listings and assets are accurate.
• A/B Test Tracking: Track tests and experiments and document results.
• Data Accuracy & Issue Flagging: Review reports for accuracy and flag issues.
• SOP Documentation: Help document recurring workflows and reporting steps.
• Creative Trafficking: Upload and traffic creative assets across channels.
• Cross-Channel Execution: Support basic optimization across all ad channels.
