Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with advanced studies or graduate degree in development, marketing, nonprofit management.
• 8+ years in stakeholder engagement and resource mobilization, preferably in academia or nonprofits.
• 5+ years in supervisory or managerial roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead advancement strategy and integration across development, alumni engagement and campaigns.
• Oversee Major Gifts solicitation process and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Align marketing, PR, and communications with advancement objectives.
• Provide reporting on donations and advancement initiatives to leadership and Board.
• Guide alumni engagement and formation to strengthen lifelong relationships.
• Set group-level metrics and represent OUDAA in stakeholder engagements.
• Perform other duties as required.
