Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the premium contact for clients via live chat, email, and ticketing systems with rapid resolution times.
• Guide clients through Pixel setup, Events API integration, and S2S tracking; analyze API request/response logs and debug payload errors (JSON).
• Write and execute SQL queries to diagnose tracking discrepancies and analyze conversion data; build troubleshooting reports.
• Partner with backend engineering and product teams to identify root causes of API failures and provide detailed logs and error analysis.
