The ideal candidate brings 3–4 years in software development with familiarity in PowerPlatform and SAFe, plus strong debugging and collaboration skills to deliver scalable automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS/CE/IS or similar.

Responsibilities

• Work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes.
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for automating existing or new processes.
• Implement the full life cycle of automation: identify opportunities, gather requirements, develop, test, deploy automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot major bugs and assist junior developers to resolve requests on time.
• Introduce new technologies to improve RPA capabilities (Noetix, Robocorp, etc.).
• Create automation sequences supporting tasks using Office 365, Excel macros, RPA, and Emerson IT tools.
