Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Developer II Intelligent Automation in Mandaluyong City, Philippines. You will drive automation initiatives using Power Platform tools to deliver scalable solutions and backlogged automation projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and Deploy automated processes across the organization. You will also troubleshoot, mentor peers, and introduce new technologies to continually elevate the team's automation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
3-4 years of relevant software development and process automation experience.
Proficient with Power Platform stack including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint.
Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, SAFe.

Responsibilities

Leverage Power Platform and related tools to automate processes.
Collaborate in small and large teams on automation projects.
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for existing or new processes.
Manage full lifecycle of automation projects from requirements to deployment.
Troubleshoot bugs and mentor junior developers.
Experiment with new technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
