Job summary

Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ is seeking a Developer II, Advanced Automation Development to drive automation initiatives across teams. You will surface opportunities, maintain a backlog, and ensure timely execution of automation projects.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing automated solutions, leading lifecycle from requirements to deployment, troubleshooting, and exploring new technologies such as Noetix and Robocorp to enhance RPA capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS/CE/IS or similar.
3-4 years of relevant work experience in software development and process automation.
Proficient in PowerPlatform including PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate.
Deep knowledge of Integrated Administrative and Productivity Tools.
Hands-on troubleshooting and response experience.
Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methods (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe).

Responsibilities

Work on project-based assignments in teams to deliver automated processes.
Design, develop, and implement custom automation solutions.
Manage full automation lifecycle: identify opportunities, gather requirements, develop, test, deploy automation solutions.
Troubleshoot and fix major bugs and assist junior developers.
Introduce and test new technologies for RPA and related tools (Noetix, Robocorp, etc.).
Create automation sequences using Office 365, Excel macros, RPA, and other Emerson IT-approved automation tool standards with emphasis on RPA development.
