The Administrative Officer provides comprehensive administrative, regulatory, documentation, financial, and operational support to the Compliance Department. The role ensures the timely processing and renewal of government permits, licenses, corporate registrations, and other regulatory requirements.
The position is responsible for coordinating departmental budgets, fund administration and liquidation, records management, and compliance reporting in accordance with company policies, procedures, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. It also facilitates coordination with internal departments, government agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure that administrative and regulatory obligations are properly monitored, documented, and completed within established timelines.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, Accounting, Legal Management, or a related field.
Preferably with relevant experience in administrative operations, compliance administration, government transactions, or regulatory coordination.
Experience dealing with LGUs, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF/Pag-IBIG, SEC, and other government agencies is an advantage.
Knowledge of administrative systems, records management, budgeting, fund liquidation, and reporting.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 principles is preferred.
Strong organizational, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
Ability to work effectively with various departments, government agencies, and external stakeholders.
Experience dealing with diplomatic representatives, international organizations, or foreign business stakeholders is highly desirable.
Knowledge of international relations, diplomatic protocol, and cross-cultural business communication is an advantage.
Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships in multicultural and international environments.
Proficiency in English, Filipino, Bahasa Indonesia, or other languages is an advantage.
Willingness to travel domestically or internationally when required.
