Smart & Biggar is seeking an Administrative Clerk to support our teams in the Philippines during the night shift (9:00 PM–6:00 AM). This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or those starting a career in professional services.
Responsibilities include reviewing correspondences, preparing client letters, invoicing, processing emails, managing due dates and client data, and coordinating with lawyers and staff. Strong English communication and organizational skills are essential.
