Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in the Philippines is seeking a Facilities Operations professional to coordinate daily maintenance tasks, oversee HVAC, lighting, plumbing and building security, and ensure smooth building performance.

You will monitor systems, respond to issues, maintain records, support safety programs, and service tenant inquiries with a focus on reliability and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building systems and respond promptly to facility issues or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of all facility maintenance activities, work orders, and service requests.
• Coordinate safety inspections, fire drills, and emergency response procedures.
• Process invoices and maintain budget tracking for facility-related expenses.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests in a timely, professional manner.

Facility Operations & Maintenance

Coordinate daily facility operations including HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, and building security. Monitor building systems and respond promptly to facility issues or emergencies. Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns. Maintain accurate records of all facility maintenance activities, work orders, and service requests.

Vendor & Contractor Management

Serve as liaison between building occupants, vendors, and service providers. Coordinate and schedule maintenance services, repairs, and inspections with contractors. Obtain quotes and proposals for facility services and minor projects. Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality standards and contract compliance are met.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Support implementation of health and safety programs and emergency preparedness plans. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Coordinate safety inspections, fire drills, and emergency response procedures. Maintain safety equipment including fire extinguishers, AEDs, and first aid supplies.

Administrative Support

Process invoices and maintain budget tracking for facility-related expenses. Maintain facility management databases and documentation systems. Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests in a timely, professional manner. Prepare reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and key performance metrics.
