Century Limitless Corporation is seeking an Administrative Assistant to serve as lead coordinator, providing administrative and operational support for local and international sales. You will work directly with the Sales Head and agents to keep daily operations efficient.
Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding of sales agents, CRM maintenance, handling documentation, budgeting support, and generating reports.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to be the lead coordinator in providing administrative and operational support. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth local and international sales operations for the sales team.
Provide direct administrative support to the Sales Head and Sales Agents to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of sales agents.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding compliance requirements, contract processing, and other sales-related documentation.
Manage and maintain supporting financial documents related to marketing budgets, allowances, incentives, RFPs, approvals, and liquidation processes.
Maintain the CRM system by ensuring accurate client records, monitoring sales pipeline activities, generating reports, tracking leads, and maintaining data integrity throughout the sales process.
Process, organize, and monitor client documentation from reservation through booked sales.
Coordinate and monitor the deployment requirements and status of sales agents.
Maintain and update agent records, IDs, organizational charts, and other administrative documents.
Prepare reports, maintain filing systems, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of administrative experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Can work independently while supporting a fast-paced sales environment.
