Job summary

Manulife is seeking an Admin Advantage System Specialist to oversee the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and improvement of the Admin Advantage system. You will monitor activities, ensure data accuracy, and support users through training and documentation.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years in system administration, operations support, or process management.
• Experience with administrative/workflow systems and data reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Admin Advantage system health and performance.
• Monitor data accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors for issue resolution.
• Conduct UAT for enhancements and new features.
• Maintain system documentation and troubleshooting references.
• Provide end-user training and support on system updates.
