Medicover Inc. is seeking an Admin Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of a dialysis center, ensuring efficient office management and regulatory compliance.
The role provides operational support to management and supervises administrative staff across departments. The candidate should have a 3–5 year track record in administration with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to‑day administrative operations of the dialysis center. The role ensures efficient office management, regulatory compliance, facility administration, and provides operational support to management in achieving organizational goals. The Admin Manager also supervises administrative staff and coordinates with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Oversee the daily administrative operations of the dialysis center.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of administrative personnel.
Ensure compliance with company policies, DOH regulations, and other government requirements.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient operational support.
Manage office supplies, equipment, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships.
Prepare and monitor administrative budgets and expenses.
Maintain organized records, reports, permits, and legal documents.
Assist management in planning, process improvement, and operational initiatives.
Handle administrative concerns and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or any related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in administration, with 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and government compliance is an advantage.
