Job summary

Medicover Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Hemodialysis Clinical Manager to oversee our dialysis center operations and ensure top-tier patient care.

The successful RN leader will provide clinical oversight across centers, mentor nursing staff, ensure DOH/PhilHealth compliance, and drive quality improvement while coordinating with physicians to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a PRC-licensed RN.
• Extensive hemodialysis nursing experience required.
• Leadership experience in head/charge/unit manager roles is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight across multiple hemodialysis centers.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing and clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with DOH, PhilHealth, and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality of patient care and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills, extensive hemodialysis experience, and a passion for maintaining high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight across multiple hemodialysis centers.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing and clinical staff.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
