BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Secretariat Support to assist a healthcare technology advisory committee. You will upload and maintain guidance documents, manage the secretariat mailbox, and coordinate meeting logistics.
You will also track declarations, file decisions, and support annual applications. The role requires a healthcare-related degree with at least 3 years of experience, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft tools.

Working hours: Mon - Fri (Office hours)
Provide secretariat support to a healthcare technology advisory committee:
Upload and maintain technology guidance documents and reference lists on the organisation's website.
Organise and manage the secretariat mailbox to facilitate email retrieval and query tracking.
Coordinate committee meeting logistics, including preparation of materials and venue arrangements.
Collate availability and conflict of interest declarations from committee members, and schedule meetings.
File and archive documents following committee meetings and implementation of decisions.
Track and compile reporting indicators.
Provide administrative support for ongoing process/model updates, including stakeholder communications and collation of applications.
Support an annual application exercise, including dissemination of forms and collation of submissions.
Support industry engagement sessions, including logistics and collation of feedback.
At least a degree qualification in healthcare or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
High degree of attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organisational, multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to form positive and facilitative interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in standard Microsoft packages.
A general understanding of the local health system and the broader social, political, economic and technical context of the healthcare sector is desirable.
Experience working within an academic, clinical or health services research environment, supporting a multidisciplinary team, is desirable.
