Job Summary
To Ensure the organization adheres to all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements while effectively managing administrative operations, including the timely processing of billing and payments. This role is vital in supporting the seamless delivery of essential services- such as security, garbage collection, and grounds maintenance to approximately 35,000 homeowners, by ensuring financial processes and vendor coordination are executed efficiently and without disruption.
Set up an efficient monitoring system to ensure that bills and transactions are paid within SLA
Helps departments ensure that expenses are within approved budgets by gathering and submitting budget information, scheduling expenditures, monitoring variances, and implementing corrective actions.
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.
Ensuring timely compliance with government-mandated requirements (LGU, BIR, and DHSUD) for all OGP clients
Oversees and ensures OGP's compliance with government-mandated requirements, including business permit renewals, submission of audited financial statements (AFS), and other regulatory obligations Oversees inventory of all OGP warehouses and assets and undertakes office management and administration. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Conduct internal audits, reviews, and risk assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Investigate compliance issues and breaches, prepare reports, and support disciplinary actions if necessary
Maintain and update compliance documentation, registers, and record
Atleast 1-2 years of experience
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business or management preferred
Industry and management experience a plus
Strong project management, administrative management, and organizational skills
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
