Job summary

Qualifications

• ACTA or ACLP certification mandatory.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and related AI productivity or automation platforms.
• Experience in AI implementation, workflow automation, digital transformation, or related technology domains.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical, business‑focused learning experiences.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and learner engagement skills.
