Job summary

Vertical Institute, Singapore's AI and technology training provider, is seeking Digital Marketing / SEO Instructors to deliver hands-on, practical training for professionals. The role is onsite in Singapore and open only to instructors based in Singapore.

ACTA or ACLP certification is mandatory, with at least 5 years in digital marketing or performance marketing. You will facilitate instructor-led sessions, lead workshops on SEO, Google Ads, YouTube marketing and analytics, and guide learners

What you will do

Deliver practical digital marketing training

• Facilitate engaging instructor‑led training sessions for adult learners in both classroom and virtual environments.

• Deliver hands‑on workshops covering SEO, Google Ads, YouTube marketing, and digital marketing analytics.

• Guide learners through real‑world case studies, marketing strategy development, and end‑to‑end campaign execution.

Develop learner capabilities

• Support learners through practical exercises, assignments, and project‑based learning activities.

• Provide constructive feedback that helps learners build confidence and apply digital marketing skills effectively.

• Simplify complex marketing concepts into practical, business‑focused learning experiences.

Drive learning excellence

• Ensure training delivery aligns with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) standards and adult learning best practices.

• Deliver high‑quality, interactive learning experiences that prepare professionals for real‑world marketing challenges.

• Stay current with evolving digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices to ensure course relevance.

What we look for

We are looking for experienced practitioners who combine marketing expertise with a passion for teaching. Successful candidates typically have:

• ACTA or ACLP certification (mandatory).

• At least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.

• Strong hands‑on expertise in:

  • SEO strategies, tools, and optimisation techniques.

  • Google Ads campaign setup, management, and optimisation.

  • YouTube marketing, content strategy, and channel growth.

  • Digital marketing analytics, tracking, and reporting tools.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• The ability to simplify complex marketing concepts into practical, job‑ready skills for adult learners.

Prior experience delivering corporate training, teaching, or facilitating adult learning programmes will be an advantage.
