• Familiarity with ad metrics like CPC, CPM, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise or strategic client relationships.
• Experience engaging senior marketing, brand, and commercial decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and leadership teams to deliver successful partnership initiatives and commercial objectives.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Account Management, Advertising Sales, Media Sales, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, customer acquisition strategies, and marketing funnels.
• Familiarity with key advertising performance metrics, including CPC, CPM, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and related KPIs.
• Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise or strategic client relationships.
• Experience engaging with senior marketing, brand, and commercial decision-makers.
• Strong consultative selling, business development, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
