Job summary

Sun Life in Metro Manila is seeking an actuarial pricing analyst to support product development and pricing initiatives to meet business and regulatory requirements.

The role involves pricing of new products, sales monitoring, system translations, policy computations for agents and internal clients, and involvement in agency compensation tasks and profitability reporting.

Qualifications

• University degree with a strong mathematical or statistical background.
• At least 1 SOA exam is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Knowledge of actuarial modeling software AXIS is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assists in pricing of new products, including review of product setups used for pricing.
• Performs sales monitoring for newly-launched products.
• Participates in system-related activities to ensure correct product translation to systems.
• Performs policy computations for agents and internal clients.
• Assists in agency compensation-related tasks.
• Assists in product profitability monitoring and reporting.
• Provides support on other product-related tasks that may be required by the business.

Job Description
