• Process, compute, and analyze quotation requests from sales.
• Review and upload documents to ERP.
• Issue certificate of coverage to enrolled members.
• Prepare reports and perform data analysis.
• Handle escalations beyond the Supervisor's limits.

Job Qualifications, Knowledge, Skill & Ability:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or any Math related course
• With advance mathematical or financial aptitude, analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially excel programs
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
• Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• With good oral and written communication skills
• HMO experience and knowledge with health insurance products is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administrates & monitors the sales force platform for franchised accounts for costing
• Processes, computes, and analyses initial and revised quotation requests from sales for new business and existing renewing accounts.
• Reviews, evaluates, and uploads to ERP the Summary of Benefits and Master Application Forms of new business and renewed accounts
• Reviews, underwrites, and uploads to ERP the endorsed masterlist of members for enrollment for both new business & renewed accounts
• Issues certificate of coverage to enrolled members
• In-charge of financial assistance enrollment/ endorsement to provider & claims processing & documentation
• Report preparation and analysis
• Endorses to Supervisor processed initial and revised quotation request for validation and approval.
• Escalates for approval to higher officer/s the quotations and benefits beyond limit of Supervisor
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
