Qualifications

College graduate of 4 or 5 year course, preferably Mathematics, Applied Mathematics or Statistics.

Responsibilities

Collates data, analyzes and recommends data and procedures for regular and ad hoc reports and other actuarial studies.
Reviews and responds to queries on new and existing products as escalated by staff.
Recommends finalization or revision of submitted reports.
Forwards finalized reports to the Manager for disposition.
Discusses with concerned departments on new product development and finalizes product design.
Improves drafts submitted by subordinates on product design and implementation.
Monitors and oversees automation projects of the team.
Collaborates with ICT or the Provider on automation projects affecting the Actuarial Product Development Team.
Reviews and updates departmental desk manuals and guidelines.
